The first and most important action you can take to get a reply is to add firstname.lastname@example.org to your email address list. This should prevent my helpful emails from being lost in your junk mail folder.
If you’ve paid for membership, registered the Kindle version of the guide, or sent me email and not heard back, my response is probably in your email junk mail folder. It’s really frustrating for both of us when you ask for something, I respond, and you don’t see it. Check your junk mail folder. If you find my email in there, go to step one to prevent this happening again.
If you are a member and want to download the latest version of a Practical Citation guide, click “MEMBERS” on the navigation bar. After you log in, all the files you can download will be listed. Click the one you want. When the download is complete you’ll find the file in the download folder on your computer.
